公司简介
盐山县富通管道有限公司（原河北省盐山县电力管件有限公司）是中国国家电力公司、化学工业部、中石化、中石天指定供应商，本公司是ISO9002质量保证体系认证企业，被河北省农行命名（AAA）特级信用企业，连续十三年被省工商局授予“重合同，守信用”企业。1995年5月，高压管件（PN≥28.22MPa）通过了国家电力公司制造资质认证,1999年9月首批取得国家技术监督局颁发的<<压力管件元件制造单位安全注册证书>>。
本公司始建于1975年，占地面积10.5万平方米，现有职工386名，工程技术人员121名，拥有固定资产5860万元，自由流动资金6650万元。公司拥有居国际先进水平的管件生产成套设备，有200-3000吨液压机13台；中频感应推制机5台；中频感应弯管机1台；热处理炉两座；2500mm立车2台；三通、法兰专用生产设备两套；其它生产设备192台（套）。公司具有高压、中低压管件两检验系统。测试能力有：X光射线探伤、磁粉探伤、超声波探伤、金相分析、化学试验、材力拉伸试验、硬度试验、光谱检测、远红外线温控以及完备的计量系统。
我公司生产的“铁狮”牌产品主要有：高、中、低压弯头、弯管、三通、四通、异径管、法兰、接管座，年生产能力6000吨。管件产品的生产采用国际标准（美国标准ASTM/ANSI、API、国际标准ISO、英国标准BS、日本标准JIS、德国标准DIN、俄标准DOCT）、国家标准GB、GB/T和部颁标准（电力标准GD87、GD2000，石油化工标准HG、JB/T、SH、SY）也可根据用户的技术标准要求加工生产。
“铁狮”牌产品广泛用于国内外各大电厂、化工、轻工、冶金、城建、船舶、石油、天然气工程，如：大亚湾核电站、首阳山2*30万千瓦火电厂、杨子乙烯、齐鲁石化、燕山石化、沧州TDI工程、济南输煤气、成都-绵阳天然气输气工程等几百个项目。长期为中国东方集团配套出口，如美国船舶公司、叙利亚迪什林电厂、伊朗国4*30万千瓦燃油电厂、印尼雅加达火电厂、越南昆嵩、肯特等十个糖厂，均受到时赞誉。

The company with an area of 105,000 square meters, was founded in 1975.There are 386 employees including 121 engineering technicians with fixed capital 58,600,000 Yuan and current capital 66,500,000 Yuan. We have sets of international advanced tubing equipments involving thirteen test machines of 20-3000 ton water-pressure, five shock sensing machines of middle frequence, one sensing elbowing machine of middle frequence, two heat-treatment stoves, two 2500mm standing vehicles, two series of equipments for Tees and Flange and 192 other equipments. Our corporation has two testing system of high-pressure and low (or middle)–pressure. The testing function includes: X-ray wound probing, magnet power and supersonic wound probing, metallurgical analysis, chemical experiments, material stretch experiments, shock testing, hardness testing, spectrum test and far infrared temperature controlling techniques and measuring system.
